Care &
Treatment

  • Restores function and balance by targeting specific areas of built up tension and fascial adhesions using trigger point and deep tissue techniques. Ideal for chronic or ongoing pain, focusing on areas of concern — not the whole body — to address the root cause effectively. Techniques involve deep firm pressure to release tight tissues, knots and restoring length back into the shortened muscles. While the pressure can feel intense, it should create a relieving “feel good” pain as the myofascia releases.

*Be sure to speak up if discomfort becomes too strong. Feedback is essential, as the pressure tolerance can vary between individual and areas of the body.
