Ideal for chronic or ongoing pain, focusing on areas of concern — not the whole body — to address the root cause effectively. Techniques involve deep firm pressure to release tight tissues, knots and restoring length back into the shortened muscles. While the pressure can feel intense, it should create a relieving “feel good” pain as the myofascia releases.

A full-body treatment designed to release tension and restore ease in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using firm, steady pressure, this massage helps relieve tightness, stubborn knots, and muscle soreness — while supporting mobility, circulation, and overall stress relief.
Techniques include slow, intentional pressure, long gliding strokes, stretching, kneading, vibration, cupping, and targeted trigger point work.
This treatment is especially beneficial if you:
Sit for long hours at a desk or computer
Stay in the same position for extended periods
Have limited daily movement
Feel generally tight, stiff, or overworked
